Meet our Team Members

Hansika Potti

I believe mental health deserves the same care and attention as physical well-being. I'm passionate about reminding people to take a moment- just two minutes- to check in with themselves, breathe, and reset. Small steps can make a big difference, and I want to help create a space where mental well-being is a priority, not an afterthought, through take2initiative. In my free time, I love to play volleyball, bake, and hang out with my friends.

Spreading awareness and breaking the stigma around mental health is a universal goal that I devote myself to. In take2initiative, I am able to spread that goal and help those I care about find comfort and solace in themselves. When I have time, I love to play tennis, draw, and have fun with my friends. Hopefully, with the help of my partners, we can use our initiative to better our community.

Vicki Shay

“Conventional wisdom holds that we are who we are today because of the choices we made yesterday. I started this phase of my life wanting to understand more about human behavior… how the mind works… the reasons behind every reaction and behavior and why and how we react to certain issues. But as time wore on, I realized that knowing WHY - while absolutely relevant - isn’t as important as finding ways to help people work through their difficulties to bring out the best in themselves so they can find hope and make changes that move them toward a healthier, happier life. This is what motivates me each day.”
